Matt Stuart is the principal behind Planning Outcomes WA, an experienced and qualified town planner and urban designer, who has a passion for helping people.
With 12 years experience, mostly in Local Government, Matt comprehensively knows the difficulties that landowners are confronted with, when applying for planning approval through local government.
At the very least, issues get personal and quickly escalate, especially with neighbours, and remember that you have to live next to each other...
The best thing you can do is get a professional in to separate the emotion, and present options to help you choose the best way forward for your circumstances.
Ideally, a project needs a planner and designer early on to avoid issues and delays, but we can still help if your project is well-progressed.
