Planning Outcomes WA is a town planning consultancy located in Perth Western Australia, focused on landowners confronted by difficult issues. As one of our core principles, we’re here to help.
We are able to assist on a wide range of town planning and design matters — planning Development Applications, subdivisions, drafting plans, liquor licences, scheme amendments, appeals, and more. Residential, commercial, industrial and educational.
Currently focused on tourist accommodation in rural areas, with a strong demand in WA for a variety of innovative accommodation types, greatly aided by staff with a rural background. We are also a member of the Tourism Council WA.

Located on rugged farming land in the picturesque Avon Valley, 4 eco-tents dot the property offering holiday accommodation.
IMMACULATE HEART COLLEGE, LOWER CHITTERING
Immaculate Heart College is expanding their student number from 340 to 750 by 2025, necessitating the purchase of additional land, Master Planning, Scheme Amendments, and Development Applications.

With over 20 years experience in consultancy and Local Government, Matt comprehensively knows the difficulties that landowners are confronted with when applying for approvals through state agencies and local government.
